The new Lucanet ESG Reporting solution complies with ESRS requirements and the GHG protocol and provides decentralized data collection with customer-specific questionnaires as well as the recording and calculation of GHG emissions. The solution ensures the data accuracy you need, saves you a lot of time and helps you achieve your sustainability goals.

  • Easy report creation and administration of master data for users, business units responsible for data collection of business entity
  • ESG questionnaires needed from individual users and data collectors can be configured, determined and questions not in scope of the report can be excluded before the start of the data collection
  • GHG emissions module is split into scope 1, 2, 3 in which the GHG emissions are recorded as footprints

Disclosure management

Lucanet Disclosure Management eliminates complexities in last-mile reporting by automating the collection and verification of data and the creation and transfer of reports. Lucanet Disclosure Management is an end-to-end solution, which covers the entire annual report creation process.

  • An integrated ‘Layout Robot’ creates high-resolution layouts so that reports can be printed directly without any need for third-party costs or support.
  • Each change in values is logged. This applies both to changes in values due to a new data import and to manual adjustments. Each change in Excel and Word files is archived as a separate version.
  • Values in tables and continuous text can be linked to imported values, compared, and transferred to the next year.
  • The solution has a granular, role-based permission system, allowing many users with different roles, such as administrators, editors, or readers, to participate in the creation process.
  • Easily incorporate XBRL tags and add comfortable text block tagging in Word and PDF format.

The administration of the Lucanet Cloud Platform serves as the central point for user management and the management of the Lucanet Cloud Platform.
