Important information for Lucanet customers

Action required: Please review Lucanet.Financial Client user access settings

  • A scheduled user synchronization may have inadvertently enabled the “Lucanet.Financial Client and Lucanet.Excel-Add-In” for users who did not previously have this activated.  
  • Lucanet versions 25 and 25.1 may be impacted. Affected users did not receive a system notification. 
  • The issue was proactively identified and has been resolved at the system level. Based on an internal evaluation, no elevated security risk is currently identified. 
  • Please verify if any users are not intended to have access to the “Lucanet.Financial Client and  Lucanet.Excel-Add-In”. If necessary, deselect the corresponding checkbox and block the user. 
  • Should you have any questions or require assistance, please reach out to your usual Lucanet support contact. 

Service disruption due to AWS outage

Earlier today, our cloud hosting provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced a major outage impacting multiple online services globally. As a result, access to the Lucanet platform via single sign-on (SSO) was temporarily unavailable.

AWS is actively addressing the issue and most requests should now be succeeding. You can find the latest information via the AWS Health Dashboard, and we will provide additional information as soon as regular service is restored.

Disruption to external authentication with the platform

Due to an unforeseen event, external authentication with the platform is currently unavailable, which may prevent some customers from logging in.

We’ve proactively identified the issue and are working on a solution. We expect it to be resolved by the end of the day. Thank you for your patience.
